OwnVoice Academic is operated by BOBADE LTD. We want you to be happy with your subscription. If OwnVoice Academic is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason, including change of mind.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout; or
• email us at support@ownvoiceacademic.com with your order reference and we will arrange it with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, but is normally within 5–10 business days.

Renewals and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Paddle receipt or by contacting us; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. If a renewal charge takes you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will review it under this policy.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any cancellation rights under the law of your country of residence, and to Paddle’s Refund Policy. See also our Terms & Conditions.
